After a defeat by a seemingly nobody super hero, Lord Recluse charges Dreadnot, a former Paragon Native who has strong ties to Captain Amazing, to create a splinter group within Arachnos to deal with the upstart Captain, as well as his newly formed "Justice Guard". Given the funding of Arachnos, Dreadnot sets out to enlist those most cunning, powerful and ruthless to aid him in his assignment to hunt down every member of The Justice Guard, and break them in two!
