Heart was my first real attempt at a character within the mythos of City of Heroes. The rampant canon-violation of a non-Kheldian Peacebringer kina kills that, no? *laugh*

Heart is currently a Blessed of the Circle of Dawn, with no other associations.
[edit] Personality
Heart is quiet, submissive, and gentle. He speaks incredibly infrequently, favoring American Sign Language, hides behind Ruby Fusion when he can, and is most inscrutable and reclusive. When threatened, however, Heart tends to demonstrate a certain amount of eagerness to defend himself - acting instead of waiting.

Heart draws power from a style of martial arts, known as the Sacred Arts, that channels emotion into strength for the body and mind. When he was known as the Burning Heart, he channeled his rage and anger and fear into dark energy - as the Redeemed Heart, he channels peace and love into positive energy.
Regardless of the form he uses, Heart seems to possess the ability to ignore the laws of physics, mostly gravity and inertia. He flies almost without effort, stopping and turning on a dime.
[edit] Tranquil Offense
Channeling positive energy in a variety of ways, Heart lashes out in melee and at range. In addition to his offense, his tranquility is useful for protecting and healing others or hindering the enemy, when applied properly. His favored combat style is advancing rapidly to melee, striking an enemy with a rapid combination of powerful melee attacks, then moving back to pepper the enemy with energy blasts.

Heart's tranquility allows him to enhance his survival in myriad ways. While he is still only human, he can invoke an array of defensive powers - deflecting bullets, predicting the movements of enemies, healing himself of the trivial wounds that would slow him down enough to allow a fatal one to pierce his guard, and enhancing his resistance to the damage that could kill him.
[edit] Guardian Demon Shapeshift
As one of many of a long line of demon hunters, Heart possesses an interesting power - when he travels to a world where he is forced into a different form to survive, he may, upon returning to the real world, manifest this form whenever he wishes. The only form Heart currently possesses is that of an exceedingly durable behemoth, nicknamed the Guardian Demon. (The fact that it neatly resembles the White Dwarf only solidified the City's decision to classify him as Peacebringer.)

Heart displays a penchant for ignoring the laws of physics. This allows him to fly at incredible speeds, sometimes even becoming nothing more than a ghost..
