Rakescar was created by Michael Nightingale in January 2006. It was the third Roleplaying Character villain he came up with during the early days of City of Villians.

Rakescar by itself is a violence loving demon that thrives on chaos. It Is perfectly capable of murderous intentions and actions without too Much encouragement. Being of Norwegian decent, Rakescar speaks fluent Ancient Norse, though it speaks English, the dominant language, in this time.

Having taken possession over its current host, Tyler Preston, has given Rakescar a few more added personality traits. It has been prone to Spewing out various classic rock song lyrics during combat. Additionally, Rakescar does not side with either one side or the other of the blue/red Power struggle.

Rakescar has the ability to manipulate the stone mass it is made up of to For weaponry of various sorts. It prefers large mallets, but has been Known to also form spears, claws, swords, and shields. Having control of The earth around itself, Rakescar can also cause localize tectonic Anomalies, which are exceedingly hazardous to opponents bunched close Together. Rakescar also frequently taps into the mineral rich soil and Earth beneath its feet to replenish its stone form, which leaves a Specific footprint traceable to it of a large dust bowl of ash.

With the ability to manipulate stone, Rakescar can defend itself with Various methods of stone-based armor. It can deeply root itself to the Earth, allowing it to weather to toughest storms and blows without losing A inch and keeping it battle capable. Additionally, Rakescar can Envelop itself in pure granite, making it even more tough to take down. It has been recorded many times that it takes a concentrated effort of Super powered being to take Rakescar down when fully prepared for battle.

Despite Rakescar's mass and bulk, it is very agile and quick in bullrushes And pursuits. Most notably, Rakescar has the ability to soften and Rubberize the ground it stands upon, enabling it to leap high into the air And soar through the sky for hundreds of meters at a time.
