When the human body of the veteran hero, Radiant Might, was mortally wounded in a battle with the Carnival of Shadows, the desparate Kheldian, Karjarak, pleaded with a young man nearby to bond with him and fight to stop the villains from killing more of the crowd within the big top. Frightened by the vicious attackers and anxious for revenge on the villains that had just slain his family, Kyle Wonder accepted Karjarak's proposal and the two merged to create the new hero, Radiant Wonder.

Radiant Wonder can assume both the Bright Nova form and the Dwarf form. With the powerful energy manipulation powers of Karjarak, the hero can defy gravity, increase his speed to incredible velocities, and project a variety of powerful focused blasts.

The only equipment Radiant Wonder carries on a regular basis is his Youth League Comm. Unit. It fits conveniently on his belt while he wears an ear piece on his right ear that links to the Comm. Unit.

In his human form, Radiant Wonder looks like a regular 17 year old boy, fairly non-descript and unassuming although he is in very good shape physically, a result of hours training at Youth League Headquarters.
His Bright Nova form looks like any other Kheldian nova, and the same is true of his Dwarf form, too.

Kyle Wonder is friendly and has a good sense of humor. His Kheldian side...not so much. Being much older than the teenager, Karjarak tends to be more reserved and cautious.
