Quincy is a member of The Justice Guard. She sometimes is found working with members of The Shield of Paragon coalition, a coalition not currently allied with the Justice Guard.
[edit] Personality
Quincy is one of the growing subset in Paragon who do not think of themselves as Heroes but rather as people with abilities and a job to do. She formerly worked with groups more akin to the Knives of Artemis than a heroic Supergroup. She has however in recent times changed her views and habits. Quincy is loyal, direct and stubborn. Unafraid to say what she means and certainly has no time to dance around a conversation.

[edit] Katana
Quincy is highly skilled in the use of the katana and has trained for most of her life with it and other weapons that she is only now beginning to display in Paragon. This consumate skill with her blade has contributed to her unearthly quick reflexes. She can sometimes be found sporting a Talsorian Katana, a gift from a Vanguard operative after she saved his unit from an ambush. Despite peoples taunts, it is most certainly not a butter knife.

Quincy is lithe, quick and at times incredibly lucky. These factors combined with her training in the past have given her incredibly fast reflexes to the point where, if concentrating, she can be all but untouchable for a time.

[edit] Super Jump
Previously Quincy bought and used a Super Soldier serum to give herself greater speed and jumping ability, to the point where she could clear small building easily. However in an attempt to clean up her act and her body she has since forgone the drug treatments. She does retain some impressive jumping ability and speed but has since augmented these with her motorcycle for travel and a variable magnetic polarity grapple hook for when she needs to get up high.

A lifetime of daily training and a period of serum usage have given Quincy greater vitality and stamina as well as leaving her faster than normal.

Well a girl has to have some extra toys no? Quincy is augmenting her blade with a variety of other weapons. Mostly for fun.
