Another of Crey's O.N.E Projects, Omega was designed as the ultimate meta-human neutralizer. Crey amplified his natural psionic skills and he was given the ability to absorb the powers of all meta-humans he came in contact with. For a while, he had taken out several low level heroes until EnGen-X interfered. After Omega took EnGen-X's powers, something changed. He doubled over in pain and then exploded in a burst of kinetic energy (similar to EnGen's blasts.)

A Crey recovery team picked him up later and it was discovered Omega could no longer take abilities from meta-humans; instead he was stuck with an inferior version of EnGen-X's energy manipulation.

Crey deemed the entire O.N.E Initiative a failure and exiled the two surviving projects to the Rogue Isles. Omega now searches for a way to regain his former abilities while causing general mayhem. Everynow and then, he'll team up with ArsenalOne and Violet Roe.
