Nitehaven/Cole Tower Penthouse

The Nitehaven is The Nitedevil's base of operations. It is located in a secret room which is camoflauged by a hologram wall by the enterance of Randy Cole's penthouse. The penthouse itself is located in Galaxy City, at the very top of Cole Tower.

This is where most of the work takes place. Medical, forensics, research...this lab has got it all.
[edit] WORKSHOP/REPAIR CENTER
This is where The Nitedevil's repairs take place. Various equipment is modified and repaired in this area. Anything technical that needs tending to takes place in this part of the 'Haven'
[edit] EQUIPMENT STORAGE
The giant storage vault safeguard The Nitedevil's various equipment needed for his day to days ((or is it night to nights?)). The vault stores up to 400 pieces of equipment including Nitedevil's juggernaut 'DIABLO' armor. It is also only accessible by authorised signature heat signals given off by the body. The Storage Bins and Floor Safes also act as containers for various equipment.

Miniturized Nuclear Reactors. Powers the entire tower.
[edit] CONTROL CENTER
This supercomputer is linked to the "Squadron Of Power" computer as well as various other sources of data. The keypad is "Hologram Operated" and is not actually tangible. The "Holopad" is accessed by voice recognition and authorisation. It allows The Nitedevil to sift through files quickly and efficiently. The "Holopad" is a recent innovation and invention of Cole Technologies and is currently being used by several government organisations. The control center also monitors most of the hotspots in and around Paragon City most notably Faultline, Siren's Call, Kings Row, Galaxy City and The Hollows.

If an unauthorised person/object enters the Haven, the Control Center initates a lockdown and seals the intruder in. The intruder is then analysed by the computer and is either capture or disposed of depending on the threat. Currently there are over 1,000,000,000 different scenarios that have been programmed into the system. The Nitedevil and his Butler Jarvis, are the only ones who can override the system by the use of DNA scanning and authorisation.
