I was once asked while being interviewed for a magazine, "what is it like to be a hero?"
That question struck me funny, because though I knew thats what I had become it was far from what I started out doing, and I don't really remember the switch it just kinda seemed the right way to go. I was a competitive archer and a big game... well I hunted in Africa and some of the more dangerous jungles out there. Remember this was a different time.
I had gone on Safari for quite some time and decided it was time to head home for "civilization". When I got out of my cab in front of my apartment building I witnessed a bank being robbed across the street. I grabbed my gear box pulled out my bow and a hand full of arrows, and thats how I started. It wasn't like I spent hours or days thinking of a name or planning my costume....(that happened later) but thats when it all started, I just wanted to help.
Thats all my goal has ever really been.
Oh and my answer to the reporter was something along the lines of "A Hero darling? I'm a Heroin, and its a bash."
As for about me type things I have this to say....
Well its hard to put ones life down on paper with out making generalized statements. I don't think if I were to write down where I've been and what I've gone through on paper it would really help you get to know me any better cause even though those experiences have helped to shape who I am today they really don't define me. I'm not who am because of them I who I am because of what Ive done to move past them and head down the path Ive chosen for myself in my life.
If you really wanna know about my past just ask. But really its who we are now that matters.
