The Naughty Kids, LLC, was the legal creation of a lawyer terrorized out of his wits by Creepy Katie and Andrew the Destroyer, along with their minions, when they ordered him to create a company called “Naughty Kids, LLC” because, in the words of Creepy Katie, “my mommy and daddy always said that no one can get mad at you if you’re LLC, so we have to be LLC, whatever that means.” It was not long after that the two of them were able to locate a warehouse space and convert it to their needs utilizing the dark magics available to Creepy Katie and the advanced technology available to Andrew to conceal the base’s existence from prying eyes. Currently the base is but a single room and has no teleporters, but with growing membership that should change. However, due to a permanent coalition with Attack of the Little People, the Naughty Kids have access to teleporters to any zone through that groups’ base.

[edit] Villainous Children!?!

The Naughty Kids, LLC, is indeed composed of children, although there are some “adult” members. In general, members should consider the age and attitude of their characters before asking to join. Age limits are not “hard,” but members’ characters are encouraged to be between the physical or apparently physical ages of five to sixteen.

[edit] Ranks Within the Naughty Kids

There are five ranks within the Naughty Kids, LLC, as follows:

[edit] Felons

This is the highest ranking among the Naughty Kids. These children have committed so many crimes that they are listed as part of the Most Wanted by most law enforcement agencies and Longbow and are seen as true villains despite their age. These children serve as the leaders of the group, and it is only by the consent of all Felons that a Delinquent or lower-ranking character can be promoted to Felon. Felons are also the only characters who can modify the group’s base. Currently, only Andrew the Destroyer and Creepy Katie are Felons.

[edit] Delinquents

These children have proven to be real problems for law enforcement agencies and are regarded as very dangerous. Longbow has their eyes on these children as some of the more dangerous criminals operating. This is the third and last promotion achievable by earning prestige. To qualify as a Delinquent, the character must have earned at least 150 thousand prestige.

[edit] Miscreants

These children are seen as great nuisances to law enforcement agencies and Longbow with their constant criminal activities and are regarded as dangerous. This is the second “promotion” within the group, and is achieved by earning 75 thousand prestige.

[edit] Bullies

These children are becoming noted by law enforcement agencies and Longbow for their criminal activities. Longbow may see these children as possibilities for rehabilitation into heroes or even people who possess powers. This is the first “promotion” within the group, and is measured by the achievement of earning 25 thousand prestige.

[edit] Trouble Makers

These are children who were recently in Longbow custody for rehabilitation and have just escaped. Longbow sees great promise with these children as possible recruits through rehabilitation and training.

[edit] Recruitment and Requirements

Recruitment is open to any character that wishes to join who will fit within the general theme of the group (namely, villainous children). Statement of a character’s age either in the character’s description or by the character or simply looking like and being regarded by others as a child (for those characters that are thousands of years old but happen to be in children’s bodies) is enough to qualify for recruitment. Members are encouraged but not required to play in Villain Group mode, and promotion has little bearing other than bragging rights among other members.

Naughty Kids, LLC maintains a permanent coalition with Attack of the Little People. This was achieved initially by Creepy Katie’s kidnapping and ripping the wings from a faerie of light for her “Fairy Princess” costume. Her act caught the attention of the dark fae that controlled Attack of the Little People, and the initial coalition was formed. After Attack of the Little People came under the control of Rabid Bear, the coalition was maintained, and Katie sees Rabid Bear as a “big, cuddly teddy bear that smells like home,” most likely due to Rabid Bear’s empowerment by dark forces. Naughty Kids, LLC, currently has no other coalitions.
