Howling Jak (Jack Sparrow) is a brute that works for Drex Vexel. I made him from influences from characters like The Rhino and big heavy hitters like that. He's one of my favorite villains...

Jak Sparrow, a pathetic drain on society. Nothing but a useless janitor at Herben Co. Labs. One day while he was cleaning the Dangerous Chemical Lab, a jar of highly radioactive chemicals fell off one of the counters and it's contents splashed onto Jak. He ran home to the bathroom and drencehed himslef with water in a desprate attempt to wash of the chemicals. He managed to get it off, but not in time to stop it from mutating his genetic structure and causing him to grow hair on his entire body. The next morning he had mutated toatlly into a werewolf and obtained super strength.
Exiled from Paragon City, Jak Sparrow arrived at Fort Darwin in Mercy Island. At first Jak Sparrow was simpily trying to survive, but one day he saw a fellow mutant being arrested by the R.I.P. (Rouge Isles Police). Jak Sparrow rammed the policemen and defeated both of them. This event marked the beginning of his villainous career. The police found out that the crazy werewolf that attacked them was indeed Jack Sparrow. Therefore, the R.I.P. nicknamed him Howling Jak. When Jak found this out he decided to make his permenant supervillian name, Howling Jak. From then on crimes have been mucking up all of Rouge Isles!

Jak was incarcerated later in his criminal career and was under heavy watch. It was hard for him to plan his moves before he just went along and did them so as a result he was taken down. For whatever reason though, the infamous Drex Vexel broke him out in exchange for his help in eliminating Johnny Turbo and the Freedom Force. Jak refused as he does not work well with others, but Drex sweetened the deal when he said that he would help Jak find out what the chemical was that turned him into the beast he is today.
Jak agreed under these terms and proved to be a valuable henchman. He beat the shit out of Johnny Turbo, The Emerald Core, and others on numerous occasions. When Drex's takeover of Paragon was completed, Jak was proud of himself and requested that Drex help him find what the chemical was now. Unfortunately, Drex was "assassinated" before he could help and Jak was arrested for well assisting a guy take over Paragon City. He is currently in a high security prison on an island in the Atlantic that is used for incarcerating overly powerful supervillians.
