After a bad run-in with a Marcone Consiglere resulted in me being completely amazed by the power of Propel (which sadly enough I was forced to drop around level 20), I created the Dominator Geneva. While she was given a semi-technological origin in order to serve as a counterbalance to the magic-wielding Eventide, I found that no matter what, I was completely unable to make a good looking robotic character using existing costume pieces. Instead of developing a fully mechanised character, I revisited my old favourite theme of posthumanism and created a villain with a humanoid body, but the driving purpose of transcending its limitations.
Geneva was inspired, in part by Wintermute from William Gibson's "Neuromancer".
