A young woman knocked on June Harris’ door at roughly 3 in the morning. The old woman wasn’t startled at the knock, but she was almost floored when she opened the door. Standing before her in a 1940’s era US Army uniform was herself, at least a younger version of herself from a different time. June’s niece was sound asleep in the other room, she was tempted to wake the girl to tell her the truth, but June decided against it…For now.

It is unknown how this version of Freedom Franny has entered our timestream.

There are no longer official records regarding the real name of candidate 451, it seems they were destroyed when she was recruited into Section 14 from an American Women's Auxiliary Army Corp Signal Corps Office in 1942 due to a unique psionic profile.

The nature of Section 14 was classified; however it was formed as an American response to the Occult Defense Act of 1941(signed December 15th 1941 in Washington D.C a week before the Acadia Conference)when the Allied Counties decided to write a formal document solidifying their countermeasures against the rising Nazi occult and meta-human threat. Candidate 451 was brought in as a subject for the Freedom Project: A combination of a modified “Super solider” serum and a mystically forged broadsword.

Freedom Franny has seen and fought it all! Robots? Monsters! Nazis!...Robot Monster Nazis? Ready for Anything!
