Fallen Phyre and his brother Raging Phyre are the remnants of an ancient fraternity known as Center Society. Center Society was designated a threat and specifically targeted by an enigmatic group that calls themselves "Novus Ordo". Novus Ordo have systematically hunted down most of Center Society, either killing or detaining each Center Society member based on an unknown criteria. Fallen Phyre and Raging Phyre have been sent to Paragon City, Novus Ordo's rumored base of operations, as a reconnaissance/rescue unit.
