Exsanguination found two gems embeded in a Meteorite in tibet, these merged with his hands and gave him control over various energies which he uses both for offence and defence. These gems amplified his physical abilities to superhuman.

Exsanguination is an extremely adept martial artist,he has based his whole life around crime. Holding top ranks in Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Escrima, Kung Fu, Judo, Taekwondo, Boxing, Jujitsu, Kobudo and Karate. He is also in peak human fitness and an all terrain gymnast, he usualy predicts his opponents moves before their executed. He has also been trained in Escapology, psychological warfare, Acting, Torture and Interrogation. Combined with genius-level intellect he is truly a dangerous opponent.

He is very very stern and militaristic, always keeping his mouth shut if he doesnt need to speak. He is a stone cold sociopath, always finding a way to gain something for himself. He's been diagnozed with Antisocial personality disorder and makes no effort to hide it. He is however not insane, he's not gonna go berserk and kill a few civilians for fun. he understands teamwork but is still a loner. Calculating, he always takes actions in consideration, but he knows no fear and almost always comes out top.

Axel Mckenzie's military career started at the early age of eight, carrying ammo and supplies to across the battlefield. He idolized the allied forces and amazingly snuck into enemy forces and slit the throats of their enemies to show his dedication. He was quickly accepted into the US Special Forces and started jumping ranks until he became Major at the age of 22.

In the mid-sixties he left the military to join a secretive group called the Prophets of the Cabinet, where he became their spymaster and top henchman.

In a few years he was assigned to train both Vietcong, North Vietnamese Army and US forces in close quarter combat and shooting practice. He did this using alien shapeshifting technology obtained by the Prophets, this was the first time various national goverments tried to assassinate him. He had killed more than a hundred soldiers but was also presumed dead.

In 1978 he popped out of nowhere, killed several reputed mob bosses and went into hiding once more. Somewhere between his time with the US army and the time with the Prophets he obtained two gems of great power. These gems gave him extraordinary powers which only made things more complicated for law enforcement. (there will be more)

The gems Exsanguination found makes him master over different forms of energy, such as gravitational energies, light, radiation, heat, kinetic and magnetic. However, some of these are very straining to use and thus he rarely uses anything else than kinetic energies in combat.

Exsanguination charges his body with kinetic energy, then focuses it down into his feet and bursts into the air, this gives people the idea that his superpower also includes jumping several miles.

He has also been trained in Escapology, psychological warfare, Acting, Torture and Interrogation. Combined with genius-level intellect he is truly a dangerous opponent. He is adept at mixing his martial arts with his energy based powers, suprising opponents with kicks charged with kinetic energy, jabs of electricity or small rays of black matter.

Exsanguination's strenght is superhuman to the point that he is able to bench more than any normal human ever can achieve. He can however not lift a car nor play with it like more physicaly powerful individuals can.

Like his Strenght, his agility and reflexes are better than human possible. Exsanguination able to deflect bullets with swords and knifes, or richochetting projectiles with his shields. He has also taught himself how to bend the light around him making him effectively invisible.

Exsanguination still feels that he needs equipment to get an advantage over opponents, he still keeps throwing knifes, combat knifes, guns, small swords and explosives in case he needs them. He also uses tazers, bats, garbage bins, rocks and whatever he can get to win.

If caught unaware, any conventional weapons will kill Exsanguination as easily as it would kill a normal human. Exsanguination needs to be conscious to activate his powers. Mental attacks also gets through his shields, he's therefore made psi-pads and put them in his mask. They protect him from mind reading but mental attacks carry much stronger raw power and gets through easily.
