Chipy, appearing to be a young child, has a lot of maturing left to do in her time. Yet, she always happens to put a smile on everyone's faces.

The last Chipy remembers is the black, soundless entrance she took to get to Paragon City; before that, she has no idea. After getting into the city, she was staring face to face with a much larger male. He had electricity building at his hands. He paused as he had just realized that this was a young child his was about to attack.

Frightened, Chipy jumped off the ground, only to find herself falling back to the earth with her wings unable to carry her weight. The hero laughed, then got closer to the young child, "I'm sorry if I frightened you, child...But you shouldn't be roaming the streets alone." Chipy looked up at the male, "Me can protect self. Chipy can fight." The male, shaking his head slowly, "I am certain you can, but I almost killed you myself..That would have--" "Me okay. Me fine.." And then she ran off in a different direction.

Chipy tends to act as a child, carefree and giggly. When she does something wrong, or believes she has, she usually over-reacts and runs around in circles until someone helps.

After running around the city for a while, Chipy followed a hero into a building, which she later found out was a store. It was here she met what appeared to be human, yet was composed of metal and wires. It referred to itself as ACED-06, or as Chipy has come to know it, Ace. Shortly after meeting each other, Ace spoke to Chipy of a group that had a purpose of protecting, which he called 'The Sentinels United'. Chipy, eager to help, went to a meeting at the Sentinel base. She was warmly welcomed into the group.
