• The 8492nd Rogue Isles Conservator, Hero Group Operating on the Rogue Isles A faction of vaguely heroic morally questionable and possibly psychotic individuals dedicated to the safety and protection of the Rogue Isles, headed by The Ghost of Freedom, they favor quality over quantity.
  • Looking for: Like-minded and active members in order to expand their influences and protect their home. ((Contact @Vindicaire for more information))'

• Club Midnight Obscura, Villain Group A small venue which often plays Industrial, Dark Wave and other underground hits by its affiliate "Digital Gunfire", though requests to hold certain nights can be obtained in advance and the club will do its best to cater to its clientele.
  • Looking For
    • Villain Groups to hire/rent out the club space to host club nights. Perhaps Coalitions so we'll be able to broadcast and coordinate our weekly themed events. Also characters that'd be interested to be working in a nightclub and help with the events.

• The Codex, Hero Group: A new group of the Codex recently founded in Paragon. The focus of the group is RP-intensive, with an emerging story arch open to all players.
  • Looking For: Heroes young and old who enjoy role-playing.

• Innumerable S.I.N., Villain(?) Group: S.I.N. in this case means Safety In Numbers, and we are looking for those who can benefit from such an ideal so the darkness of the Isles is at least a little more tolerable. Hiding Heroes, Frightened Newcomers or simply those who don't fit the 'Villain' mold are all welcome. We are small for now, but we hope our numbers grow in the future.
  • Looking for: RPers, people who fit what the group is looking for, Coalitions with RP groups who are sympathetic to such a cause... or, on the flip side, groups that want to destroy or subvert such a group or simply people willing to put extreme hate on for such ideals. • Manriki ninja clan Villian Group A newly arrived group of covert operatives up for hire, with mysterious plans of their own. The hidden base is apparently somewhere in Paragon. We are an RP oriented group.
  • Looking For: Any stealth or covert themed members. Anybody looking to hire assassins, spies, or thieves (IC), anybody wanting to join as a supplier, i.e. mages, or scientists, and any looking to be informants and suppliers to the clan.

• The Millennium Paladins, Hero Group: A long-established supergroup led by Servant 12, a Paragon City native and successful businessman. It is a small, tight-knit group heavily focused on role-playing, running missions together, and participating in storylines.
  • Looking For: Serious role-players looking to join an established supergroup, as well as coalitions with as many as three other RPSGs. We tend not to care about player veterancy or SG size so much as your ability to role-play your character with others. Interested players or SG leaders should check out our VirtueVerse page or website at www.mpaladins.com to make sure that their character background/SG theme is compatible with our code and guidelines, then contact Servant 12, Kuragari Umbra, or Aegirian Templar in-game to set up a meeting.

• The Paragon Universe, Hero Group(s): ((Updated May 22 2009)) Several groups in one, the Paragon Universe (An OOC name... like "Marvel Universe" or the like) is like a mini-coalition of smaller groups, each manifested as a subteam within the main Super Group. The goal is to have small, comic book sized and styled groups with all the pros of a large group (large base, people to talk to/team with, etc) and none of the cons of small groups (inactivity, small base, etc).
  • Looking for: Established heroes (in background/history/etc, not necessarily level) for Legion, the JLA-styled group. Magic types (Either magic powers or an interest in fighting magical enemies, recovering, protecting magical artifacts) for Incognitus. STORM is an emergency squad of heroes and some more paramilitary agents (We have spec op agents and powersuits provided by Professor Renegade), The Strangers are a group of other-wordly or just oddball characters that have a particular vendetta with a set villain group due to something in their own individual background and we have the Independents which are more of the solo-ist (Although plenty of them team up [aka make regular appearances in the other team's "comic books"]) who are a collection of independent heroes who have answered the call to make use of the Legion's pocket Dimension Super Group Base known as The Citadel. We are also welcoming more subteams, whether they be previously existing small Super Groups looking to enter our own larger Super Group (And exist as a subteam within the SG) or players creating a brand new team that they would like to bring into our SG. • S.E.N.T.I.N.E.L.S, Hero Group: A new group founded by Dusk Chameleon. He, and the 6 divisions run them. They are ranging in skills and ages, seeking heroes of all kinds to work with them.
  • Looking For: Role-players of all sizes. Also looking for 5 more characters to play out as the remaining Captains. Also, seeking Role-playing super groups to coalition with, base or member size does not matter. ^-^

• Villains of Paragon City, Villain group on CoH: A large group of villains bent on taking over Paragon City, lead by the Arch-Villain Arbiter Death. The headquarters are located underground deep under Atlas Park, waiting to strike Paragon City and its hero populace.
  • Looking For: Villains in hiding in Paragon City, villains from the Rogue Isles, and even vigilantes who enjoy role-playing. Must be active at least once in 15 days. The VoPC has over 100+ members, but there is always room.

• Weapons Union, Villain Group: A large Mercenary Organization capable of handling any situation an individual or super group can throw at them. Due to their status of being mercenaries they are neutral and are willing to work for both good and evil if they are properly paid in (IC, not infamy) currency. Currently they are under the employment of several groups but they can never get enough clients.
  • Looking for: *** Super groups and individuals that can be either villain or hero to "hire" the Union to work for them. This could be in the form of the Union joining them in game missions in which we RP, in pure RP, or in PvP combat.
    • Dedicated members who will be online a good deal. We have quite a few regulars but no matter how large we get we always will want more members.

• Wolfcry Division: Wolfcry Division is a small, fairly insular group of heroes, funded by and based out of the SDI building in Skyway City. They actively recruit heroes recommended to them by Freedom Corps, as well as well as the occasional person that comes to them for help. Heroes of all archetypes, origins and powersets are welcomed and the team consists of scientists, mages, mutants and the elite - all with one thing in common - the desire to make the world a safer place.
  • Looking for: We're on the look out for people to join our number. We are an RP SG who has been going for almost three years now and we concentrate on heroics and strong storylines rather than angst and drama. • Please note - Wolfcry Division is a heroic organization and as such the majority of ex-villains, demons, vampires, anti-heroes, Crey experiments, crazy people, or those involved in highly illegal activities would not be accepted into the team.

• The Zenvious Foundation: The Zenvious Foundation is a small, active group of heroes that seek to create a better tomorrow by improving the world of today. They work on several fronts; scientific and arcane research, interdimensional activities, and general heroic effort are all implemented as they strive toward their goal. Heroes of all archetypes and origins are welcome, and background doesn't matter nearly as much as motivation.
  • Looking for: Role-players! Active for almost two years, we're always on the lookout for more people to join us. We've got an expansive base with all sorts of RP space available (including a theater, a dance club (complete with hot tubs!) and a meditation garden), an active group, and a number of stories running at any given time.   • Also looking for: Role-playing Super groups! We're currently in a closed coalition with two other groups who share our basic philosophy, and we're always looking for more to add to the fold. • The Aegirian Templar, Scrapper: A driven young hero, recently inducted into an ancient order of superheroes, armed with twin katanas and a suit of Rikti-hunting powered armor with a mind of its own.
  • Looking for: Currently looking for new contacts. My SG is recruiting and looking for new coalitions, but personally I'm looking into getting into new storylines of pretty much any shape or form, so long as they fit with my character and personal RP guidelines.

• Atom Burst, Blaster: A young hero hailing from Atlanta Georgia trying to use his energy projecting powers for good. Very 20-year oldish male, tries to be cool and funny. Relatively humble and always trying to be the hero.
  • Looking for: A smaller more personal group of people to join and fight crime with. Currently with the Jadewire (not a fan of big SGs, would prefer 10 or less people to RP very closely with). Also looking for any RP opportunities to expand his story in Paragon City, be it events or relations. Contact: @Sepow Fang

• Avenging Specter, Scrapper: A gritty, brooding vigilante with a witty, cynical, dark sense of humor, whose powers were spawned from an experiment with a new dimension while doing research at Portal Corp. He now hunts the streets with a vengeance after losing his loved ones in the first Rikti war
  • Looking for: A female hero to RP with as a partner and love interest (dark theme preferred but not necessary), and a nemesis with whom to battle and RP with and generally just some people to RP with and create a few stories with. • Baron Kriegzahn, Tanker: Old Vampire Knight, a cross between Spawn and Lord Soth. Not very angsty despite his undead state. Very chivalrous, and what some would consider an ideal hero (despite aforementioned undead state)
  • Looking for: An RPing Supergroup that would take him in, and help him adjust to the new world he was thrust into.

• Ballistic Beetle, Defender: BB is a funky Insect-Man wielding a powerful bow. He's like Spiderman crossed with the Green Arrow, except a lot zanier.
  • Looking for: A spunky sidekick! One that's insect themed as well. I see a teenaged girl wearing an alike costume to BB's. But it shouldn't be restricted to that! Contact me via /tell, or @B-Boy Remix. Or even leave a comment on BB's discussion page! Thanks!

• Bombardier Beetle, Blaster: Beetle's a new hero with a prototype battle suit.
  • Looking for: A few tech types to RP with, and maybe a villain nemesis. Also looking for a SG to call home

• Bombshell Blonde, Defender/Mastermind: A reformed villainess who's just had a baby in the midst of Rikti War gets an unexpected visitor from her past.
  • Looking for: Someone who is interested in role-playing my character's father. The character can be developed as any AT / Origin in either CoH or CoV. The player though must be 18+ years of age, as RP would contain mature subject matter.

• Boom Boom MacCool, Blaster: A gun-toting go-go dancer with a nose for trouble.
  • Looking for: Magic-based villain/villainess who has spent time in the Zig for part in her origin story. Also looking for general hero contacts for RP. Send tell to @phenom415 in-game or shoot me a comment/message.

• The Canadian Loonie, Scrapper: A Patriotic Hero to all people of the Great White North, he's come to Paragon City at his government's request to help Statesman with the Rikti, Crey, Arachnos, and Praetorian threats.
  • Looking for: A similarily themed side-kick to help the Loonie battle a somewhat established Rogues Gallery. I wouldn't be your only contact, as I'm also involved in a very active super group with a nice variety of Silver and Golden Age heroes. You can message me at @SetzerGabbz

• Captain Coldsnap, Tanker: An alien visitor who has come to Paragon City to destroy the Rikti. As a member of the Glaciorian race, his power is generated from exposure to any temperatures above absolute zero. Think a cross between Superman and Martian Manhunter with a cold-based power scheme.
  • Looking for: Anyone to role-play my character's origin with. I would like to develop inter-character stories and RP (or RP/PVP) events between characters. In addition, I am looking to form a strong rivalry with willing villains, especially those with heat-related powersets.

• The Celtic Oracle, Defender: Tasked by the forebears of the Legacy Chain to combat the Rikti.
  • Looking for: Fellow heroes as contacts, magic-abusing villains as nemeses.

• Cross Phoenix, Controller: Granted powers by the mysterious Degoth, Cross is a very layback individual who tends to find everything amusing.
  • Looking for: People to RP with, and willing to play out all sorts of storylines. Throw me a tell on global or comment on my page =D

• Cyanogen, Blaster: Teenaged hothead with a need for speed.
  • Looking for: Any and all, specifically an experienced hero to act as mentor; also seeking a rival hero (preferably a fellow speedster)

• Dark Lightning, Blaster: Young Human endowed with power from an interdimensional being. Parents killed by Freakshow. Has a vengeful passion for justice and newfound powers to exercise that. Contact: @Sepow Fang
  • Looking for: Mostly any RPing contacts be it friends or enemies. Would like to be a sidekick (prefer an Electric user of any AT) and would like to join a very personal small knit SG

• Emerie Waters, Scrapper: Teenage human from the "Real World" pulled into the "City of Heroes" world through an accident. Is familiar with it from playing the game. Has no superpowers. Is driven to reaching Security Level 50 so she can use Portal Corp. to return home.
  • Looking for: Close friends and people to get into storylines with. She's willing to risk her life for her close friends. Also, enemies. Not necessarily one who want to kill her (as there's little she can do to defend herself from supers.) but possibly ones who just want to make her miserable.

• Fallen Phyre, Blaster: Sent by Center Society to search for missing members kidnapped by a shadowy organization known as "Novus Ordo".
  • Looking for: A villain to start a rival VG called Novus Ordo - a rival to Center Society.

• Fearsphere, Controller: Post-teenage cybernetic inventor of a pair of light-bending super-forearms. Built them so she could finally blend in, but now she's trying to stand out and make a difference.
  • Looking for: Anyone. Friends, allies, buddies, enemies, whoever. Hit me up either ICly on Fearsphere or OOCly at @tcgiant. Epic bromance is always welcome.

• Gentleman Gambit, Tanker: A southern aristocrat with a love for swords, pistols, and leggy redheads, he's out to settle accounts with Lord Recluse and Arachnos and give evil-doers of all strips a good hard whooping.
  • Looking for: Fellow swordsmen looking to test their mettle, heroes looking for back up, women looking for a good time, villains looking for rivals and people who like to loose money on card games, in short, anything. Contact @Falcon's Claw

• Ghost Hawk Six, Blaster: Jaded, wisecracking free-range Malta agent. Originally came to Paragon under the guise of a recently orphaned millionaire playboy from the isle of Malta, so some may recognize his face from that.
  • Looking for: Company, really. After two years of getting everything done on his own, Fox is trying to figure out how to, well, not. It should be noted that while he's generally in a better mood in Paragon, his work there still generally involves extremely dark work such as murder and blackmail.

• Ghost Wake, Scrapper/Stalker: Honorable ninja sent to Paragon City to bring justice to those responsible for the murder of his brother. A dark detective flavored as a mix of Batman detective work and gadgets with Iron Fist style mysticism.
  • Looking for: Any additional contacts interested in RPing with a 'normal' hero. A possible love interest, Cat-Woman-esque or otherwise.

• Hawk Shadow, Scrapper: A crime fighter and Office of Strategic Services operative from a different timeline. He is constantly trying to come to terms with a world and time period he doesn't belong to or recognize. The only thing that comes as the same to him here is that Paragon City is still threatened by villains, and heroes are still needed to save the day.
  • Looking for: Anyone, hero or villain, interested in RPing with this sort of concept, feel free to get in touch. A friend, partner, contact, or villainous counterpart would fit the bill nicely.

• Heart of the Sunrise, Scrapper: The latest Magical Girl to pop up in Paragon City. Most details about her are unknown due to her highly secretive nature, but she has mentioned in one of her short interviews that she was granted her powers by a "dragon", drawing from the sun itself to fuel her flames. How much stock one wants to place in this tidbit is up to them. She has a tenuous (at best) control of her abilities and a disregard for such pesky things as collateral damage.
  • Looking for: A group centered on a Magical Girl motif. Can be light-hearted, but can't be outright parody. Also looking both for Magical Girl style villains (preferably Magical Girls) and for heroes that want to stop her due to her destructive nature causing just as many problems as she fixes.

• Maestoso Tuono, Blaster: Age-old daemon seeking to help Paragon from destruction.
  • Looking for: Anything, Friendship, Family (He DOES have children), and various characters for advancement of Maestoso, like someone he can cheat on his wife with (as advancement). Also looking for old friends, etc. :D

• The Imperial, Tanker: Born nearly a hundred years ago and preserved in a state of near immortality and indestructibility by the potent magics of the Pearl of Gilgamesh, Alastair Victor Cromwell continues to take up the mighty Scepter of Kings as Paragon City's Shining Light: The Imperial!
  • Looking for: Imp has a pretty long back-story, but I always enjoy incorporating the history of other characters - crime fighting allies and villainous foils - into it. Also, networking relationships for the Old Man's present life is always welcome; protege / sidekick and a love interest would all be interesting to develop.

• Julie Surace, Controller: An ex-Carnie trying to bring about a revolution. Julie is easy-going most of the times. She's psychic and drowns out the voices by humming to herself. She's always willing to lend a hand so long as you don't diss her style in clothes.
  • Looking for: ANY Carnie interactions. Rivals always welcome. She makes friends easily, so RP teammates are welcome as well.

• Kelp Plankton, Blaster: Geeky hero with a sense of humor about everything. Controls water (and talks to fish) and uses gadgets to fight crime. Doesn't kill. Think Spiderman's personality meets Aquaman's style meets Batman's gadgetry. Flexible power level, useful to almost any of them (though probably not anything cosmic).
  • Looking for: Anything. Hoping to get to know more characters, both hero and villain, ICly. Been out of commission for a while.

• Lauren Catherine, Controller: A high school student from a 'splinter-universe' future who, along with a considerable number of her acquantances and contemporaries, was sent to the present by a villain from her time. She, along with most of the heroes sent from her time have decided to travel back and forth between both eras/universes at will. Lauren herself is actually a hybrid superhuman born to a normal human scientist and an extradimensional from a realm of living digital code.
  • Looking for: First of all, a sidekick. I'd prefer one who shares a similar 'digital' theme. May or may not be a robot, just as long as it's sentient and sapient. Second, a boyfriend. Definitely from her school and preferably from her time frame/universe. Preferred natural, science or tech origin.

• Luficia, Scrapper: A perky hero with a talking sword that is fused to a demon and uses the demon's magical essence to protect her in the fight against evil.
  • Looking for: Anyone really, hopefully with a really, really good villain. She needs a good rival :/

• The Masked Renegade, Scrapper: Your modern day cowboy with a Robin Hood complex. He's a kung fu fighting, gun wielding, one-man-army! His current handler is SCORPIO, but he likes to do some Bounty-Hunting on the side.
  • Looking for: Anything really. His RP life is pretty plain. Possibly a love-interest, persistent sidekick, some good (possibly unusual) friends, an arch nemesis, or maybe a duo concept. • Mobius Knight, Scrapper: A normal guy often involved in extraordinary adventures. He uses magical swords, but is himself entirely normal. As an added bonus, he's online just about every night.
  • Looking for: First, people that he can get involved in storylines with. Moby is always willing to risk his life to help out other people, and given enough time, he can develop a particular grudge against people as well. Second, people that really want to take his swords, and have the potential to do so, or are otherwise interested in his unique status. See the page for more details.

• Modern Samurai, Scrapper: Batman-esque character (well, Batman with a sense of humor, anyway...) with a katana and the ability to regenerate energy and body. While he prefers not to be in the limelight, he'll always be willing to pitch in on something.
  • Looking for: Hero side allies, friendly contacts, RP, enemies, and enigmatic might-be-a-friend-but-I-can't-be-sure type people from red side. Or whatever else tickles the fancy.

• Moonscape, Peacebringer: Golden Age virtues vigilante. Moonscape has been given Kheldian energy by Artemis to help her bring villains to justice.
  • Looking for: Other Greek God inspired heroes and villains. Would love a decent Rogue Gallery as well as a potential Batman/Catwoman-ish relationship with someone Red side.

• Nariko, Scrapper: Highly powerful child of destiny. Overflowing life force allows her to regenerate, hit hard, and even fly. In person, a bit of a loner.
  • Looking for: Anyone to role-play with, but also a few key roles.

• Night Detective, Scrapper: PPD detective by day, Vigilante by night. A heavily Batman and The Question inspired character.
  • Looking for: An Arch Nemesis, preferably a heavily Joker inspired character. Somebody to completely obsess over Night, as well as someone for Night to obsess over as well. Also looking for people from PPD to contacts with outside of his Night Detective persona. Also just in general people who are willing to put up with his crackpot theories and his heavy prejudice against robots.

• Night Wolf, Scrapper: Inspired by Beast Boy from the Teen Titans. Born a Werewolf that changes from human to monster at will.
  • Looking For; Either more players with a Werewolf or wolf inspiration. Looking to be a bronze/silver age RPSG's Beast Boyish Werewolf! Contact:@Sepow Fang

• Nitrogenn, Blaster: After leaving the Marine Corps., he became a renowned chemist and physicist. He is also very skilled with technology. Using all of these skills, and powers he bestowed upon himself as a chemist, he now fights for good.
  • Looking for: Role-playing, allies, enemies, a few specific roles

• Nocren, Defender: Spent some time in the Navy before being captured by the Circle of Thorns. After merging with a demon, John went to Paragon and MAGI in hopes of finding a way to break out of his demonic contract. However being an outsider with no answers, he's been known to crawl into a bottle and not come out for a while.
  • Looking for: Role-playing, allies, enemies

• Nyte Shaide, Defender: Nyte Shaide is a winged empath whose main goal seems to be doing what she deems necessary in order to make the world a better place. She's willing to go to great lengths in order to 'get the job done' leading her to partake in some activities which may be questionable in the eyes of some of her peers. Realizing this Nyte has taken steps to protect her comrades and friends from such knowledge
  • Looking for: Role-playing, allies, enemies,Enjoys storylines!

• Ortin Lockheart, Blaster A street kid new to Paragon doing his best to eke out a living. Doesn't take flashy costumes seriously.
  • Looking for: Lots. Will talk to anyone (seriously, anyone, I'm a goddamn whore) willing to put up with his cynical attitude. Open door policy with this one.
  • Particularly Looking for: Someone to act as a foil to his cynical attitude; Someone he can tease for taking their job too seriously.

• Raider-1, Scrapper: A Longbow special Agent with a crossed personality of Batman meets Hawkgirl. Actually an alien from a far off world, though only her closest allies and her superiors at Longbow are aware of this fact, she is capable of regenerating at the level of healers like Wolverine.
  • Looking for: Any and all Role-playing contacts: Villainous rivals and more allies to fight crime alongside.

• Recharged, Blaster: Silver Age-esque lightning-slinging hero. Concerned primarily with defending innocents. Power level tends to be more city-based (Spiderman). Not entirely black-and-white, but reasonably close.
  • Looking for: An interesting nemesis for epic battles, both physical and ideological.

• Rivetgun, Blaster: An Industrial music themed Hero with a heart of gold, Gifted with superhuman fighting prowess and speed. Loves the rush of combat and has no qualms about rushing into battle, very friendly and is often a joker.
  • Looking for: Potential RP-mates who don't take themselves to seriously to be anything from friend to foe and anything in between.

• Salaxacis, Defender: A war golem from a dead kingdom that was built to fight a losing war on a plane far removed from earth that no longer exists.
  • Looking for: Actually looking for sociable sorts to do stuff with when shes not running missions. But RP on missions also welcomed.

• Semlin E'Chemos, Defender/Corruptor: A dark, sensual sorceress who is desperately trying to follow the path of light, and deal with all of the complications of her existence on the mortal plane.
  • Looking for: Semlin is currently considering taking on an apprentice, to pass on her knowledge of Sorcery and the Dark Arts. Also looking for some individuals from her past, either as a Villainess or her former Heroine status. Someone to try to tempt her back to her darker nature might be entertaining as well. Please, only 18+ individuals as some subject matter will be of a mature nature. Power gamers, one-line posers, and immature individuals need not apply. (Update - 3/4/10 - Semlin is now back in game, please send all interested correspondence to @Semlin on game.)

• Shadow Storm, Scrapper: Ex villainous ninja who was inspired by witnessing Paragon heroes to change his ways. Still a newly registered hero, he still has some villainous ways of doing things. Uses two swords and the "16 dark ninja art spells" for defense.
  • Looking for: A ninja or samurai or martial arts inspired SG. Also up for any other kind of RPing you want to throw his way. Contact: @Sepow Fang

• Siren Call, Defender: Mutant healer somewhat new to Paragon with a healthy interest in gadgeteering. Despite expressing more pragmatic views, she has a much stronger bent to idealism than she'd like to admit. Definitely not a front line sort of person, she prefers to be more backup than anything.
  • Looking for: Any sort of more lead taker, preferably one who needs or doesn't mind a healthy dose of snarking. Eager for good RP.

• Sir Phoenix, Tanker: Medieval knight cursed with eternal rebirth and wreathed in flames, must destroy all evil to be rid of his curse.

• Swallow, Blaster: Screaming gadgeteer with finesse, style, and acrobatic flair. (An homage to Robin and Black Canary type characters)

• Ultra Assassin, Blaster: Robotic Assassin searching for clues on what his former, Humanoid, past was.

• Ashleigh Malchman, Corruptor: A young Irish/Scottish witch, riding the winds of self-instigated anarchy and whatever whim or desire has her grasped at any given moment.

• Black Dawn, Mastermind:: A mysterious, metahuman-hating villian hailing from the UK, Black Dawn heads the Eclipse Empire, and will stop at nothing to achieve his goal of world domination. For what purpose, only he seems to know.

• Bulldawg, Brute: The result of a science experiment, he is short, but rather largely built who seems to be fearless. He doesn't like anybody, unless they can prove that they share the same ideas as him.

• Celine Dioscura, Stalker: She's a vicious military agent and assassin on a mission to neutralize the heroes of Paragon City. Or is she in fact a delusional hero with severe personality problems? Would you believe...both?

• Dimension Raider, Dominator: A small-time criminal from Brooklyn who stumbled upon the Gloves of the Gods, allowing him to rip open portals and defy the laws of physics

• The Dynamo, Brute: A Positron/Iron Man and very slightly Gundam inspired character. Relatively young guy with a powersuit and using its power to do what he wants.

• Eclipse Black Nine, Mastermind: Considerably more dour and stoic than when he's in cheerier Paragon City, this iteration of Fox is always looking over his shoulder. The head of the Rogue Isles forward operation, notorious for being continually compromised over the last forty years. Has been building a secret base in the abandoned sewer network under an apartment building in Port Oakes, which he owns and operates low-level black trade from.
  • Looking for: New victi-- Err, people to boss around, bribe, blackmail, and brainwash into doing what he needs to have done around town. It should be noted that Rogue Isles Fox is considerably more sadistic and dark than Paragon Fox, especially when it comes to femmes.

• Electrical Kin, Corruptor: An Incubus who used to service Arachnos as an assassin, but grew tired of being someone's puppet and is now looking to just do some free-lance work, or get into a group that understands him.
  • Looking for: At this point: Anyone really. Friends, enemies, even that 'someone special'. Also looking for a Mature/E RP group that focuses more on the story and character interaction rather than the sexual parts, though there does need to be a good bit of sexual interaction as he is an Incubus.

• Eventide, Stalker: A killer tired of causes, cheated of her retribution and wandering the earth in a vague search for new meaning. Eventide is a mystic familiar with dark and perverted magic, known to toy with the lives of heroes and villains alike to relieve her crushing ennui. Possesses a particular distaste for the Legacy Chain.
  • Looking for: Rivals either blue or redside, particularly mystics or Legacy Chain but anything will do. As a support character could suit the roles of: informant, benefactor/ malefactor, mystic instructor.

• Feliney Kitten, Stalker: An innocent little cat who hangs out in the D and loves to meet new people.
  • Looking for: Anything/anyone to shake up Fel's life which has become a bit too calm for my tastes. I don't care what/who it is, as long as it isn't too.. y'know. Fel's always ready to lend a paw to a good friend.

• Firelight, Corruptor: Bass Guitar player for the band, "Shades of Gray," Julia Lathan-Frost hails from roughly 17 years in the future, the year 2025. She's made her home here, in Aeon City, where she constantly flirts with the line between her heroic upbringing and her villainous surroundings.

• Fortunata Elena, Arachnos Fortunata: An enigmatic Arachnos operative, with suspected ties to the mercenaries known as the Widow's Web, Elena is a mystery to most in the Isles, and most will only ever meet her when she comes for one of her 'interrogations'. Contact: @The Masque

• Heavy Metal Tragedy, Dominator: Sadistic young woman looking to cause as much pain and suffering in the world as possible. Somewhat handicaped, but dosn't let that stand her way of murder and mayhem.
  • Looking for: Contacts who are /real/ villains and love chaos as much as she does.

• Julian Thompson, Corruptor: Level headed but potentially short-tempered man who's having an awfully hard time adjusting to the Isles. His control over cold temperatures has only recently been awoken.
  • Looking for: Any Rogue Isles contact; future friend, ally, boss, what have you, he needs some sort of activity. Possibly somebody to steer him in the "wrong" direction over time for his journey into villainy.

• Kirei Atara, Brute: Kirei is an alien who loves money in all it's forms. She hires herself out as a mercenary when not robbing banks.

• Lord Arsenic, Mastermind: A jolly chap who really isn't as high class as he thinks. Currently the CEO of a very small SG with his partner in crime Aeon Nexus. Both are seeking to break away from the Nexus Foundation.

• Planar Wanderer, Brute:A plane lost hero that is looking to get home to his family.

• Reag, Dominator: A fatality stupid professional hand for hire, Reag has recently run out of income. Although he appears to be mostly human, and he carries large amounts of Crey Tech, none of which seems to be stolen, Reag looks to be the perfect idiot flunky.

• Recovery Unit Lilith, Mastermind: A mercenary cyborg with a number of alternate equipment loadouts (Soldier, Widow) and a snarky personality. Runs with Ghost Hound.

• Rhinock, Brute: Rhinock is an eight foot tall mutant who has characteristics similar to a Rhino. His skin is gray and he has two rhino-like horns atop his head that produce electricity that he releases through his skin to protect him.
  • Looking for: People for his story really. His parents who are ashamed of him have released a three million dollar reward for his death, stating that his mutation is actually a disease that makes him an animal, and assures he is constantly in pain, and killing him would be the only humane thing to do. This of course is a lie. I also am looking for people who would like to be friends with an eight-foot tall, nineteen year old Rhino-Boy, and possibly any girls who would be interested in a giant Rhino-freak.

• Seere Dulmaire, Brute: An almost tragic individual with a poor attitude, heavily mechanical body and almost suicidal devotion to his cause.
  • Looking for: Other outcasts with the Rogue Isles' welfare in mind, and a true villain to beat up/ get beat up by/ go out drinking/ exchange stories at a laundromat with.

• Semlin E'Chemos, Defender/Corruptor: A dark, sensual sorceress who is desperately trying to follow the path of light, and deal with all of the complications of her existence on the mortal plane.
  • Looking for: Semlin is currently considering taking on an apprentice, to pass on her knowledge of Sorcery and the Dark Arts. Also looking for some individuals from her past, either as a Villainess or her former Heroine status. Someone to try to tempt her back to her darker nature might be entertaining as well. Please, only 18+ individuals as some subject matter will be of a mature nature. Power gamers, one-line posers, and immature individuals need not apply. • Sigma Eclipse, Corrupter: Somewhat young human merged with a spirit from the netherworld. User of dark energy with a twisted sense of humor and a hunger for power.

• Sister Andromache, Stalker: Widow of a superhero sent on a suicide mission. Amidst her agony, she found her way into the Knives of Artemis. She left the Sisterhood on most unfriendly terms, to say the least, and now lives as a specialist mecenary on the run from not only the law, but her former sisters and their associates.

• Syt McKinnley, Brute: A human with no inherent super powers, no latent mutations, no bites from radioactive howler monies. Hailing from Ireland, moving to the states, he became a boxer who found himself set up after not taking an offer from The Family. • Terah Ironheart, Arachnos Spider: Young, energetic woman born and bred in Grandville, who's signed on with Arachnos to support her (Moderately Large) family. Sadly, she's never quite managed to get the temperment down to be a good supervillain, initially set up as Yet Another Faceless Grunt right up until she was set up to do guard duty at one of Arachnos' databanks, and took an opportunity when one of the techs took a coffee break to add her name to some list of skilled professionals for some secret project... In hindsight, she's not sure yet if that was a good idea or not yet...
  • Looking for: Friends, associates, and people with some level of personal tolerance ideally. She doesn't really make the greatest of villains--though she'd probably serve as a decent plucky sidekick given the opportunity!
