Bow-Slinger was made with a bunch of friends who were making Teen Titan tributes. He was inspired by Speedy from Teen Titans and Gene Starwind from Outlaw Star. He's surprisingly fun to play for a guy that likes playing melee mostly.

Ballistic - Polite, honest, and.. tall. Bow is fairly fond of the Russian, even if she does get confused by slang sometimes.
Beachbreak - Easily the most chill guy in the group, Bow likes him for being a good balance compared to the rest of the Templars
Blase' - Confidence is one word that describes Amelia, which is easily backed up by her strength and toughness. Bow finds her normal girlish ways refreshing.
Blazing Sigil - Bow and Sig's relationship is hilarious with it's lies and arguments. He thinks Sig is a great guy and has great respect for him. He probably likes him more then he shows.
Brickbreaker - Big, black, and smart. Brick is another leader in the Templars and is a good one at that, as long as he doesn't talk with his mouth full.
Cloudgazer - Skye is currently teaching Dexter the ways of a pilot. He's a little loopy, but that's okay, Dexter has a lot of respect for him.
Cloudslip - Cirri is a tease for Dex in the biggest way. We're just going to leave it at that...
Diablo Boy - DB is the exact opposite to Beach. Hyper and able to transform into a large number of animals, DB often gets the group into trouble. Surprisingly though, Bow isn't annoyed by him, and actually sees him as a sort of younger brother.
Dusk-Hawk - Doesn't know Hawk too well as he mostly keeps to himself. But he's a great team player, if not a bit corny at times.
Elemental Envoy - Jinx is a pretty cool kid. He's a master of elements and doesn't afraid of anything.
Fire-Burn - A trouble maker and the dumbest kid Bow has ever met. He tries to show off too much and rubs some of the teammate the wrong way at times. But he's part of the team, and Bow's trying to make a decent person out of him.
Galaxy Shot - A sweetie and a kind heart. Galaxy is one of the nicest girls Bow knows and always keeps an eye out for her.
Graffiti Samurai - Graff and Dexter became something of rivals when they started pulling pranks on each other. Such as using a magic spell to make his tattoos into pink triangles.
Pulsegirl - Quirky and bashful. Bow thinks Emma is really sweet and funny. They're currently dating.
Red-Ripper - Probably bi-polar. Red is one of the calmest on the team when he's not stabbing and ripping into their enemies with his needles. Bow trusts him though, he trusts him a lot more then the rest of the group actually.
The Scion of Dagon - Zane is a quiet and anti-social girl. She's very loyal to the team in Bow's eyes though, and he likes that.
Smoking Mirrors - Max is a truly good person. Though he's somewhat anti-social and shy, Dexter does his best to make him feel part of the team and a good friend.
Starswarm - Richard is a true American Hero who uses Asian martial arts to fight crime. Buuuut that's okay. He's a great guy, even if his hero name IS confusing.
Ultrasound - Maura is a real gem. Tough, pretty, and charming; Dexter loves flirting with her for fun.

Breaker - He kidnapped Galaxy Shot and tried to use her as a bomb to blow up Skyway. Though he is a very classy bad guy, they're enemies and Dexter hasn't seen him since he's been sent to prison.
Hawthorne Grimm - The self proclaimed second fastest, one of the strongest, invulnerable, guy who also regenerates and shoots spines out of his body, which looks horribly disfigured. He also claims he's VERY good friends with Statesman and DJ Zero, for... whatever reason. Whenever questioned about all these claims he expects you to believe him without proof. When Bow called him on this and called him a God for the way he acts and threatens to kill people, he tried taunting him into a fight. A great hero indeed... or maybe just a giant, egotistical joke who says he has all these powers and tries to prove it on a teenager without any powers.
[edit] Personality
Bow-Slinger appears to be mostly indifferent, joking around and yawning through most problems that come his way. After Stryker attempted to kill off Dexter to boost sales in his company and take it over before Dexter turned 18, Dexter has had a lot more time to do what he wants. He's also gotten more lazy, and sleeps a lot more and works on his jet and the Castle now.
When not being in charge though, Bow is fairly relaxed and cheery. Even encouraging a bit of trouble at times.

[edit] The Love Ninja
"Don't worry for... YOUR HEART HAS BEEN BROKEN!"
The Love Ninja came into being out of Emma being depressed about not being a real ninja. He dressed up in a pink and red ninja suit that looked much like the famed Advent Assassin, and along with a few other Templars, raided Siren's Call to fight against all the evil ninjas.

"Now Big Daddy Dee knows what you need. Big Daddy Dee will get some interspecies erotica lined up sometime in the near future."
Big Daddy Dee, the man with the purple suit and hat with white shoes first appeared after a creep at the D started talking to Bow and Ultrasound. Maura started talking about Dexter like he was a pimp and she was his ho. He finally left after they started talking about her being booked with donkey shows. After that, whenever Bow gets bored, he'll sometimes dress up in his pimp suit and walk around the D, saving hoes with his magic pimp staff and hooking his brothers up, for the right price.

"It's not a skirt, it's a kilt!"
Pulse guy was made when Emma made a Bow-Slingette cosume. He did indeed wear a kilt, along with a belly shirt that didn't quite fit, and a blond wig. Usually Bow would dawn the Pulse Guy outfit in a fight he just plain planned on dicking around in, or to get a laugh from his teammates.

[edit] Stryker Bow and Arrow Mark IV
Bow-Slinger's bow is currently one of a kind. It's pull is able to fire an arrow with enough force to go through five feet of steel. Pulling the string back is able to teleport an arrow right on the bow for rapid firing and unlimited ammo. On top of that, the arrows have a small device to teleport enemies who have been leathally injured right to the hospital.
Dex has recently upgraded his bow with the modifications based off Vanguard Telsorian Technology. Now it's more compact, but requires more energy. It is also able to charge his arrows up without him having to use his gloves.
[edit] Power Gloves
These small and flexible gloves generate a powerful pulse, able to either send enemies flying across the room, stun them, or actually charge up his arrows with an energy current to make them more powerful.
More recently his gloves have been upgraded with light shield technology, allowing him to encase himself in a bubble, or lessen the blows of powerful attacks.
[edit] Light Armor Tech and Enchanted Impervium Mesh
Bow's costume is made of threaded Enchanted Impervium Mesh, giving him maximum protection, which he needs being human and all that. He's also added large pieces of Enchanted Impervium Armor that also have Light Shield tech wired into them, saving his Power Gloves some power.
[edit] Piston Boots Mark II
These new boots actually make Bow very nimble and quick, and are now 100 percent less bulky. Using these he jumps around the rooms, walls, and ceilings firing off arrows easily and accurately.
[edit] MacManus Bow and Trick Arrow Mark I
A new type of bow and arrow made from Dexter's want to help his future company recover from the damage Stryker did. Though the bow isn't able to fire an unlimited amount of arrows because of the fact Trick Arrow's can only be used once, or fire arrows off even half as powerfully as the Stryker Bow, it has an arsenal of different arrows that help his fellow heroes tear through difficult enemies.

Robow is a small robot that Dexter made himself. His main use is to help carry around all the trick arrows Dexter uses and help him pilot his jet.. whenever Cloudgazer finishes teaching Bow how to fly.

[edit] Techniques
These are moves Bow does fairly often. Most have a Western theme.
Quick Draw - Bow's quickest attack. If caught off guard he'll usually whip his bow out while his free arm is already pulling back the string to fire.
Blazing Arrow - This is Bow's strongest ranged attack. Charged with energy and the tip super heated... you just plain don't want this sticking in you.
Peacemaker - Dexter's longest ranged attack. He usually a special, javelin sized arrow and fires it off. It's said to hit like a cannonball.
Ace in the Hole - Not just any ol' arrow. This baby has a high powered explosive on the end of it. He didn't just shoot an arrow at your buddy, he just used your buddy to blow you up and everyone around him.
Dead Man's Hand - Named this because it sounds cool. Bow just pulls his string back with a fistful of arrows and watches the dead men get knocked off their feet.
Balderdash - Fast and.. not very deadly. This arrow has a fist that only needs to nick you to knock you into nonsense.
Fat in the Fire - Nothing could be more frustrating then standing there with your buddies, then a rain of arrows hails down and you and a one or two of you are all that's left standing. Your fat's in the fire son.
Ka-Bong - This is a nod to El Ka-Bong. There's no guitar involved, but you better believe you're getting socked in the face and off your feet.
Kick Up a Row - There's no kicking involved with this. But there's certainly a disturbance that comes from this overhead rabbit punch. And chances are you won't be conscious for it.
The Bronc Buster - This does not feel pleasant. At. All.

[edit] Childhood
Dexter was born and raised a single child. His mom and dad lived happily, traveling around the world taking care of their weapon's company, MacManus Corps. Because of this Dex never really got to know anyone too well, but built up his confidence in meeting new people. He also spent a lot of time alone, usually studying, working out, or practicing archery, pretending he was a super hero like Manticore, only less full of himself.
[edit] The Accident
The very day Dexter turned 16 he got a call from the hospital. His father was killed. The story coming from his father's next in command, Johnny Stryker, was that he died in a weapon's test. Once Dexter's mother found this out, the shock actually put her in a coma. This left Dexter completely alone and angry at everything. He would have quickly went down a bad path if Stryker didn't offer him a job and to help his mother on one condition.

Stryker wanted to boost the company to new heights while getting off any dirt that may stick to him about Dexter's fathers shady death. So he offered Dexter a sponsorship. He would use the companies top of the line tech to fight crime and advertise, and in return his mother's hospital bills and Dexter's living needs would be taken care of.
[edit] Teen Templars
After doing the hero thing for around a year, Dexter met and teamed with many different heroes around his age. They then decided to form a group. That day the Teen Templars were born. Bow-Slinger, along with Galaxy Shot and Brickbreaker were put in charge for being some of the more level headed amoung the group. Their base is a space station called the Castle that's currently being expanded by Brick from money they get from sponsors.
[edit] Half Awake
After almost a year of being a hero, student, and kid Dexter was pushed to his limits. Getting an average of four hours of sleep a night isn't healthy at all. This went on for a long while until the kid in him kicked in and he slacked off on his hero'ing for a day to relax and have fun at a beach party. Stryker wasn't pleased, and told Bow that he needed to make up for the lost time so that the company could seal a weapon's deal, and that Dexter's mother's future depended on it.
[edit] First Stryke
In order to boost the sales of his company, Stryker kidnapped Bow-Slinger and attempted to show the destruction he could do with the Stryker tech. He attacked the Templars to throw them off, and the Neverenders who were protecting Bow's mom. The Templars managed to survive the attack, but the Neverenders failed to protect Dexter's mother. This did help in proving what Stryker was up to.
Taken to the Isles, Dexter managed to escape and avoid recapture until the Templars found him and brought him back. Stryker hasn't been seen since his jet went down, but Dexter has a feeling this isn't over.
[edit] Competitive Templars
Not too long after all that trouble, a group based in the Rogue Isles called the Templars South attempted to steal the sponsors by kidnapping eight of the most famous popular Templars. Bow and Galaxy ended up on a sunken sub with nothing running but the life support mission. Oh, and their clothes were removed in case they could use them to escape. When Claire found herself staring at a naked Dexter, she promptly decked him in the face, giving him a black eye and knocking him out. After that was sorted out and Bow woke back up, Galaxy phase shifted out of the sub and got some help from the outside.
Dexter was pretty upset, being stuck in the bottom of a sub with nothing to do for a week. Once they were rescued, Bow quickly saved face by doing a big job with Vanguard and Lady Grey and having Smoking Mirrors and Blase' enter a fighting tournament were they both made it to the final round. The Teen Templars haven't heard of the Templars South since.

[edit] A Bad Bowman
So with the informing of his death, problems with Lucy, problems with Max's family, and problems with Richard, Dex was very stressed out and was looking for any excuse to just get away. Enter Praetorian Earth, Portal Corps asked Bow if he wanted to head in there and set up some scanners and such. He accepted, only to have a storm outside cause a power surge as he was going through the portal, locking him in Praetorian Earth while ripping his evil version to Prime. Evil Bow caused quite a bit of hell for the Templars while he was around, actually killing Richard for around an hour before Numina revived him. But they finally captured him, took him back to the Praetorian Earth and transfered the surges after effects off of Good Dex to Bad Dex and everyone lived happily ever after.
Except for Dexter finding out some things that might shake the foundation of his beliefs.
