[edit] History

A mountain of a man, Alejandro Borrego first arrived in the Rogue Isles several months ago. During that time, he allied himself with the Xion family and their associates as well as several employees of the Hangman’s Roadhouse, and was content to assist them however he could. Other than a desire to help his associates and a dire contempt for those he calls ”sanguijuelas,” little is known of Borrego’s full motives.

[edit] The Rogue Isles

Seemingly pacifistic and nigh-philosophic, Alejandro spent a good deal of time monitoring the Mercy Island and Port Oakes areas. For unknown reasons, he has been seen briefly conversing with Vexxin Vega and Jade Costa among others. Several weeks into his stay in the Isles, however, Borrego left a cryptic warning for Costa before claiming to need to return to his homeland.

Gone for several months, Alejandro eventually returned to Mercy Island carrying a large and ornate battle axe which rarely leaves his side.

[edit] Allies

Prior to his departure, Borrego was seen with two somewhat mysterious human females. He has also been known to work with the Xion family and their Menace Force operatives.

Borrego also briefly worked for the Hangman’s Roadhouse, where he was seen talking to Jeff Gnarlton and Tzun Locke more than others.

[edit] Enemies

While not openly combative towards anyone in the Rogue Isles, Borrego has shown a deep hatred for the undead. There are rumors of a violent confrontation between Alejandro and William Meynard, but nothing has been publicly confirmed at this point.
