Black Bandit (Victor Virgo) is a fictional villain on the VIRTUE server. Basically he's pure awesome. He's a bit darker than most characters I've made, but with the same humor element as he is overbearing, short-tempered, and power hungry. Bandit is the leader and "main brains" of The Runaway Renegades, a coalition of self-involved bounty-hunting thieves with "some good in them."

[edit] The Younger Years

Victor Virgo was always rather "ambitious." He demanded to play Caesar in his 5th Grade performance of...A Christmas Carol. The teacher reluctantly changed the play last minute to Julius Caesar. Victor was also very short-tempered. Once during Kindergarten he punched out a fellow four year old so that he could take his milk. Victor's parents were not too happy about their troublemaking son. They hoped that once he hit High School he'd straighten out. Unfortunately, Victor stayed in his mean streak. He began selling drugs and getting into fights. His parents knew he was headed down a bad road and they only had one last resort. They sent Vic to military school in a desperate attempt to straighten him out.

[edit] Reformed Man

Victor returned from military school changed. His mean streak had stopped abruptly. He had been trained and disciplined and turned into a nice man. With his newfound marksmanship and physical prowess, he decided to attend the Longbow Cadet Academy and become a Longbow Agent. He departed from his hometown of New Jersey and headed for Rhode Island. The Longbow Academy accepted him gracefully and trained him until he was 21, and then...he was sent into the field. It took Victor eight years to become a full fledged Longbow Officer. He commanded a large batallion of soldiers and proudly wore his Longbow uniform. Vic worked on many famous events like the First Ritki War and the takedown of Dr. Vahizlok.

[edit] Fall from Grace

Vic's view of heroism was changed however when he came across a secret. He found that his commander, Rom Colen, was selling "get out of jail free cards" to criminals. Vic confronted him on the matter and Rom said it was just the way things worked around here. Victor was lost, he had no idea how corrupt the system was. He began opening his eyes and noticed the Longbow commanders cutting corners. The more he saw it, the less inclined he became to be an officer. He decided to request being moved to the "Hero Batallion," in which specific officers are assigned to provide back up for heroes. Sadly, this was no better as he saw even heroes slipping and doing potentially "evil" things. It was then that Vic decided to leave the Longbow thinking it was too corrupt.

[edit] Erased

When Victor resigned, Commander Rom Colen was infuriated. He needed Vic neutralized or else his secrets of accepting bribes and dealing with criminals would be exposed. Rom issued a warrant for Vic's arrest stating he was "mentally unstable." They found him, though he wasn't mentally unstable, and he wasn't planning on telling anyone their secrets. Still, Rom needed to be sure, so they decided to erase any record of his existence. Longbow agents deleted all files ever put on Victor Virgo. Drivers liscence, passport, everything was gone. Even his birth certificate was deleted. Rom knew that his family members would revolt, so he and a squad of Longbow Spec Ops killed both his parents and his wife. That was it, Victor Virgo no longer existed. Rom ordered him to be deported to the Rogue Isles and he was taken there the very next day.

[edit] A Soldier of the Isles

Vic remained in the Isles for two years until he decided to take action. He wouldn't be stepped on any longer. Through connections with the criminal underworld he obtained a bulletproof kevlar battlesuit and a Superscope 16 Rifle. With this equipment he became a theif and bounty-hunter. He robbed the rich and corrupt Longbow and gave back to the stragglers. He became "The Rogue Robin Hood" according to local newspapers. Unfortunately, he got too much media attention and had to hide from the thousands of people trying to kill him. He went away for several years and returned, but as a civillian...that is until he met Next Hood and Masked Caper. He took the two of them under his wing and began his criminal ways once again...this time...with the name Black Bandit!
