After the failure of Crey's Revenant Hero Project, they moved on to more ambitious ventures.

The candidate was more than willing, perhaps too willing and is now bent on causing mayhem. Especially against The Blizzard Blaster but no one knows the reason why...

The Arsenal-O.N.E. Initiative Project(part of the O.N.E Initiative) Used a combination of Freakshow Implants/Excelsior Drug(refined of course)and prototypical Kinetic armor system originally meant for Crey's own Tanks and Juggernauts.

The armor controls the release of Excelsior into his system which allows him to become stronger as a battle progresses. He can also manually control his dose allowing for some "interesting" side effects.

"Arsenal" isn't as stupid as his brutish appearance portrays him to be. He has the technical knowledge to replace and upgrade his systems completely separate from Crey.

Usually works alone, but has been known to team up with Violet Roe and fellow O.N.E Initiative Project OmegaOne.
