A perpetual, if largely reserved presence amongst the shadowy arcane denizens of the Isles, Armando de la Vega quietly reigns as the Prince of kindred Vampires in the Etoile Islands. While he has enjoyed his tenure as Prince for only a short time, the enigmatic Lasombra Antitribu has lurked amongst the inhabitants of the Isles for some time, and has been the subject of countless controversies, with innumerable plots, schemes and other nefarious deeds laid at his feet. Still, the Shadow Prince denies nothing, and his silence on much of these matters only adds to the mystery that surrounds the man. One thing is certain; he holds sway over one of, if not the largest community of kindred in the Isles, and stands, thus far, unchallenged in his rule.
