Alan Saint is a Blaster from the Freedom Universe. Known through all police departments and super-hero groups as one of the top psi-officers of Paragon, he was responsible for articulating many offensives against villains and criminal groups and mafias. Although he's only 25, his extremely high intelligence and super-powers granted him the status of a top strategist and super-hero in Paragon City. Today, he left the Psi-PPD to pursue his own personal goals: deal with evil himself.
