Natasha Visser is born in a quiet fisherman's town on Lutran. They day before her 18th birthday her town was hit by a giant tidal wave, killing almost everyone in it. Natasha was spared because she was asleep in the nearby dunes. When she was woken up by the noise, she could do nothing else but to see how her town was destroyed by the water. Not much is known about what happened afterwards. But reports from rescue parties tell us that they encountered an unconscious young otter girl. They were hesitant to bring her along because of a mysterious glow that emanated from her, but when they did, they brought her to a priest, which described her as a weird otter. In the official records, which are in latin, she is described as 'Abaleno Lutrai'.
