I play on Virtue exclusively.
All of my characters are mature in some form or other. Language, violence, alcohol, drugs, and gruesome acts are taken into consideration. My main character tends to try to get any non-human she comes into contact with high, for example. Another character of mine dismembers small animals and people. I myself do not engage in drugs ever for any reason. I only drink at parties and in the company of friends. And, for the record, I do not eat human flesh or encourage the dismemberment of small animals.

[edit] A Rant on RP-fights (RPvP and Text-fighting)
There is no wrong way to resolve an IC conflict... unless you choose to disrespect and disregard the style of other players. Insulting one form of conflict resolution OOCly because you don't agree with it takes precious time away from the real point, which is to add some dichotomy and have fun.
I try to be as reasonable as I possibly can when it comes to things like this. : )
